UPDATE: CLIMATE CHANGE MUSEUM
For decades now, like the Tucson Garbage Project and New York's Treasures in the Trash, we have been collecting what people throw away, with a life goal of putting it all on display, so we can wake people up to the perils and horrors of clothing pollution. (11.3 million tons per year in the USA.) Come see our perfect evening gowns, a hundred warm winter coats, dozens of items thrown away with the tag still on, our fully decorated trashed Christmas trees, and boxes of unopened chocolates. We are so close to being able to finally put the museum together, free to the public. Help us overcome the losses we experienced when our museum was robbed. We don't want your cash, we just need your clicks--to show the powers-that-be we are serious about this museum. And to embolden us . . . It's hard to be taken seriously, when you are a dumpster diver.
