"It's about whittling.  It's about taking something and whittling and whittling and getting it sharp and perfect.  Then, you've got something."                                                                          -- James Victore

WILLIE THE WHITTLER, LONELY MOUNTAIN MAN

Old Willie the Whittler lives in the old blue house in in Bear Claw Holler.  The house has seen better days, and looking at it, it clearly once had a woman's touch.  But it is clear that Willie has been on his own for a while now.  He carves endlessly, and sometimes it is hard to see where the whittlin' stops and real life takes over.   Willie's not much for fancy cooking, so he mostly just has his sad can of Campbell's every night, although he's been known to catch a fish dinner in the crick.  And he enjoys whipping up breakfast on his "wood" stove.
